Fees for Computer Software Training Services |

When we meet with you in person, there is a minimum appointment time of 1.5 hours. Time over the agreed upon session time will be billed in 1/2 hour increments, at $95/hour regular time or $125/hour after hours. For group bookings, time over the agreed upon session time will be billed at $95 or $125 as noted above, plus $50 per person. Please remember that we can only estimate the amount of time you will need for your session. The actual time we spend with you may vary according to the speed you learn, and how much you already know. You're always in control of your learning pace. Payment is due the day of your reservation. Please have payment ready to give to your instructor. Please note, we cannot accept debit cards. If you want to pay by credit card, you will need to have an internet connection. Live Online sessions must be paid in advance. Please note there is a $25 charge for all NSF cheques. In addition to the regular fees, there is a $35 out-of-Calgary surcharge for in-person appointments in Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Cochrane, Langdon, Okotoks, and Strathmore. If you want to book an appointment outside of these areas, please call us to request pricing or ask about our live online training sessions. Group session rates (2 or more people) are $147 per person for a 1.5 hour session, or $247 per person for a 4-hour session. One-on-one sessions are $187 for a 1.5 hour session, or $379 for a 4-hour session. For after-hours sessions, add 25%. GST is extra to all fees and charges. Some topics may have extra materials/supplies charges per participant. Any extra materials/supplies charges will be noted in the course outline. That means that if your tuition and education costs with us exceed $100 in a calendar year, you can claim your costs as an education tax credit on your personal taxes. If you'd like to claim this tax credit, let us know at the time you take your courses with us, and we'll issue an official receipt to you at the end of the year.
