Fees for Computer Software Training Services |

When we meet with you in person, there is a minimum appointment time of 1 hour. Time over the minimum will be billed in 15 minute (1/4 hour) increments. If you're using an Answer Card, time is billed in 1-minute increments, with a 1-minute minimum. Please remember that we estimate the amount of time for your sessions. The actual time we spend with you may vary according to the speed you learn, and how much you already know. We will bill you for the actual time we spend with you (subject to minimum as stated above). You're always in control of your learning pace and the amount of time we spend with you. Some topics may have extra materials/supplies charges per participant. Any extra materials/supplies charges will be noted in the topic list. Payment is due the day of your reservation. Please have a cheque or money order (not cash, credit or debit cards) ready to give to your instructor. Please note there is a $25 charge for all NSF cheques. One-on-One TrainingFees for one-one-one training are $95 per hour plus GST. Group fees are billed at $95 per hour, plus $50 per person. Seniors over the age of 65 are eligible for a discounted rate of $80 per hour. In addition to the regular fees, there is a $35 surcharge for appointments in Airdrie, Bragg Creek, Cochrane, Langdon, Okotoks, and Strathmore. If you want to book an appointment outside of these areas, please call us to request pricing. Group BookingsFor group bookings, fees are billed at $95 per hour. There is an additional flat rate charge of $50 per participant. Example: Two hours' training for a group of 5 would be billed $190 (two hour's charge), plus a flat charge of $250 for the five participants. Total savings: $510 ($440 instead of $950 if each person registered separately). Non-profit or registered charity groups are eligible for a discounted rate of $80 per hour plus $50 per person.
