After a year of evolution in this newsletter, we'd like to ask you how we've done. We're looking forward to giving you more of what you want, and (hopefully) less of what you don't want!
So in this issue, you'll find a bunch of voting buttons. We'd really appreciate any feedback you give us. And if you've got a compliment or a pet peeve about our newsletter, please feel free to add comments when you vote.

To save a picture from a web page, right-click on the picture, and, if you get a pop-up menu, select Save Picture As. Browse to the location where you want to save the picture, type a name for it, and click Save.
If you don't get a pop-up menu, or if you want to save a picture of the application you're working in, hold down the right-hand Alt and Ctrl keys on your keyboard, then press the Print Screen button. This saves a copy of what is visible on your screen into your Windows® clipboard (the same as a Copy command).
Open a graphics or word-processing program, and hold down the Ctrl key while you press V (or click the Edit menu and select Paste). The image of your window will be pasted into your program. You can then crop the image as needed.
