Appointment Extensions We take our appointments seriously, and we strive to be
on
time. Sometimes we may be able to extend an appointment, but please
understand that other clients' time is as important as your own. In
most cases, we cannot extend appointments past the scheduled time
without prior arrangement. Lateness PolicyIf we are more than 10 minutes late due to our own miscalculation (sorry, not including inclement weather or wrong addresses), we will discount your fee by 10%, and extend your appointment time by the necessary amount if possible, or rebook your appointment if you wish. If you are late for your appointment, we will still
charge you
the full fee for the appointment. If additional time is required, you
will need to rebook by the regular process at the regular price. Registration ChangesYou can reduce participants in a group registration at any time including the day of the appointment. Please notify us as soon as you know. However, if the number of participants is considerably reduced, there may be charges for unused materials. Please check with us in advance to see if this is the case. Under most circumstances, you will only be billed for the number of participants who actually attend. You can add participants up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please notify us as soon as you know. If you add participants less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, they are welcome to attend, and you will be charged the flat fee for their participation, but we cannot guarantee there will be sufficient handouts/supplies/written materials on hand for them. If you add participants too late for us to provide them with materials at the appointment, we will send you the materials as soon as possible after the appointment. You can remove topics from your registration at any time including the day of the appointment. There is no need to notify us - just mention it to your coach when he/she arrives. You will usually only be billed for the time you use (minimum charge 1 hour). However, if there are a large number of participants, there may be charges for unused materials. Please check with us in advance to see if this is the case. You can add topics to your registration up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Please notify us as soon as you know. If you want to add topics, we will do our best to accomodate you in your appointment, but we usually cannot extend appointments without prior notice (see Appointment Extensions).
Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel, please call us at (403) 269-2347 at least 24 hours prior. There is no charge for cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the reserved time. If we must cancel an appointment, we will make every attempt to do so at least 24 hours prior. If an appointment is cancelled by either party, we will do our best to reschedule it at a more convenient time. We take our appointments seriously, and we know you do,
too. But time is money... If you have to cancel with less than 24
hours notice: If you have to cancel with less than 2
hours notice: No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment, the instructor will leave. We reserve the right to bill you for the full length of your original appointment. Bright Ideas reserves the right to refuse rebooking after your second no-show. |
