A Bright Idea: Answer Cards

When you're stumped on a document or project, have you ever wished you could just give someone a call to get the quick answer that will get you going again?

Now you can - with our Answer Cards. Just call or email us your question, and use the minutes on your Answer Card to get the help you need. Use all your minutes on one big question, or call for lots of quick answers - it's up to you.

Here's how it works:

• You buy your Answer Card at the Bright Ideas Store
• We email you a printable Answer Card, so you can track your calls if you wish.
• As soon as you receive your Answer Card, it's stored in our database - you can start calling or emailing right away.
• Each time you call or email, we'll look up your record, and tell you how many minutes you have left on your card.
• We'll answer your specific computer questions: "How do I...?", "Why does it do that?", "What should I do about...?"

If we can't answer your question, it doesn't cost you any minutes at all!

Answer cards never expire, and you can share them with others if you want - just let us know in advance who else will share your answer card.

Here's what you won't get:

• You won't get a complicated sequence of automated menus before you get to talk to real human being
• You won't get a call centre in India
• You won't get a big hassle when you want to share your card with family or friends
