ported the Excel information over into an Access database. We
added a front-end so that even inexperienced Access users could update
pricing and view reports. Then we created a smart Microsoft

document that maintained dynamic links to the Access database.
Product information was automatically displayed in the
pricing
catalogue based on the user's choices within the product database.
